Privacy, plainly.

This page covers the PebbleCut website and the free-draft form.

What we collect

When you ask for a free draft we store your email address, the product link if you give one, any files you attach, the time you sent it, and the country your request came from, as reported by Cloudflare. Attached files are kept privately and only shared through the links in our email to you.

Analytics

We use PostHog to count visits and see which pages and videos get watched: the page, the referrer, your browser and device type, and the country your visit came from. We also record sessions, how you move, click and scroll, so we can see where the site is confusing. Anything you type is masked out of those recordings. We never send PostHog your email address.

In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask first. Until you allow it, your visit is counted without cookies or anything stored in your browser, and nothing is recorded; if you say no, we remember that in your browser so we don't ask again. Elsewhere, and once you allow it, PostHog sets a cookie and uses local storage to recognise return visits.

How we use it

Each request is emailed to the PebbleCut team, with you on copy, so we can reply to you on the same thread. We use your email to write to you about your video, and we don't sell it or share it with anyone else.

Where it's kept

Requests are stored with Cloudflare and copied to the PebbleCut team's inboxes. Email sent to video@pebblecut.com is forwarded to the same inboxes.

Removing your data

Write to video@pebblecut.com and we'll delete your request.
